I am continually updated as to my child's activities and well-being throughout the day which put me at ease. The centre is always clean and fresh healthy cooked meals are served to our growing kids. Tash is exceptionally professional, lovely and has a very caring approach towards all the families. Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten operates in a long daycare setting and has four main education programs, tailored to each stage of early development. At Aspire, our quality education programs are designed to guide children’s learning and development by encouraging them to explore, discover  and connect with others.

We as a family feel so blessed to be a part of Goodstart Pakenham. The learning journey for my child have been exceptional and the staff throughout the centre is always so welcoming and supportive. My little one won’t stop talking about so many activities they participate in and delicious meals they have everyday. The day i did my first tour at Good start Pakenham i had purely good vibes. I was so worried but the care she received from day one is like sending her to a family.

As a full time working mother it’s hard to put your children in care full time however I never feel uneasy taking them to PICO. An example of how homely this centre is, my son refers to a staff member as “Nanny Annie”.Couldn’t recommend PICO enough. We offer a structured kindergarten program that prepares children for primary school by fostering early literacy, numeracy, and social skills. Our educators use play-based and inquiry-driven teaching methods to support each child’s natural curiosity and learning journey.
This allows us to share daily digital updates, photos, and learning stories, along with details about meals, rest times, and milestones. Families also receive face-to-face updates, ensuring strong communication and partnership. Eligible families can access the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and the Victorian Free Kinder program at our campus. Our team provides guidance on applications and entitlements to help reduce your childcare fees.

On any given day the Toddlers can be seen developing their numeracy by building a tower, sorting objects, pointing and identifying shapes and patterns and participating in counting songs and games.

We Love Little Stars Pakenham 🌟There 4yr old Kinder program is amazing. My daughter goes on excursions often and she comes home excited to share her stories of the day. And is always excited to see her friends and teachers Shikha and Roshini. We are also lucky to have 4 large outdoor play spaces, giving the children lots of room to run and explore. Pico Early Learning Centre and Kindergarten is a privately owned and operated long day and kindergarten located in the leafy surrounds of Pakenham. Nestled in an idyllic country property setting we offer families an AustSwim accredited swimming program, along with our farm animal program which includes horse riding lessons, all at no extra cost.
We also provide children with learning opportunities through music, movement and dance. Outside, we have natural, open and multipurpose play spaces where children can play on climbing equipment, tackle obstacle courses and explore vegetable gardens. We also offer fun excursions to John Henry Primary School where children can take part in Wellness Wednesdays and Fit Fridays, which supports their physical and mental wellbeing. For children with additional needs or behaviours of concern, we collaborate with inclusion support professionals, allied health teams, and our Kindergarten Improvement Advisor. These partnerships help us apply for additional support, develop strategies, and create inclusive, nurturing environments where all children can thrive.

My daughter absolutely loves the food they supply I think there’s maybe been one or two things over the years that she hasn’t liked. To a child now that is a chatterbox with lots of confidence. Thank you for being a wonderful safe environment for my daughter to growin. She is definitely ready for school next year.Going to miss the lovely team of GB. And seeing Centre Manager team every morning/evening Nina and Mel. We drive past many centres to get to this one however I would never change.
The team lead by you director Erin have made the transition seamless and helped both my son and I settle in and feel welcome. The games and activities are great value for little minds too. I recommend story house to all parents that want peace of mind and good care for their kids.
