Premium Wine Cellar Australia

Along with grape juice, Cloudwine has around 100 craft brews in store, mainly focusing on seasonal releases from craft breweries rather than run-of-the-mill suds. You’ll see cans of Fox Hat Pure Mongrel alongside bottles of Feral’s Boris Imperial Stout or a Philip Island Chicory Stout. There’s also a relatively concise selection of boutique spirits, including bottles from Tasmania’s Belgrove Distillery and South Australia’s Applewood Distillery. Since opening European Wine Store, a sister-space around the corner, Plazzer has been free to concentrate on Australian drops here. Here you’ll find the spa, geothermal bathing, an infrared sauna (the only type of sauna I’ll enter thanks to my asthma), a Moroccan hammam and even zen chi massage machines.
At this modern, azure-walled restaurant and bar, a small team and intimate setting foster a sort of meditative dining experience where you can devote your full focus to the offering, sans distraction. And a produce-driven menu with an air of Scandi minimalism means attention to detail is paramount. With a wall full of all Victorian wines, what to drink is one of the few decisions you’ll have to make over the patrick sullivan pinot noir course of the night – and the host will gladly guide you through. Simplicity satisfies at Brico, a wine bar in Carlton North that champions small local producers.

While modern and contemporary designs have their own allure, traditional and classic cellar designs have enduring charm. The interiors of traditional wine cellars are predominantly crafted from timber, offering a stunning visual appeal. The natural beauty of timber provides a calming effect, it is beautiful and versatile making it functional.

Seafood chowder and steak ticked all boxes, as did the professional and attentive staff. I appreciated my view of kangaroos through the windows, and a focused owner pondering over his next move. I suggest to all those who travel far and wide, searching for ‘It’ to stop! Started with a small tasting to sample some of the wines before heading in for lunch. While not the largest selection of choice the selection was wide enough to suit most people and food was great, also good portion size.
