The safety equipment is good, with no parts of the body left exposed, and the briefing was thorough. I loved the fact that the teens got a plate to write all the things they don't like in their lives on and then they smashed that first!! Each user gets 20 unwanted items to smash and a waste management company sorts out the mess, some is recycled... The items smashed would be going to landfill so it is good they get used before they go. Teens must be 13+ and an adult needs to be in the smash room with them. There are comfy waiting places if you take more than four at a time.
