Early Learning & Kindergarten Pakenham

Thoughtfully designed with children in mind, our unique environments offer childcare that inspires and nurtures. I’m passionate about giving kids the best start in life, and I find it incredibly rewarding to watch them grow and learn during such vital years. Building trust with families and creating a safe, nurturing environment is at the heart of everything I do. Our original programs are filled with awesome activities that are adored by primary school children across the country. A friendly and safe environment from the start, where a trusting relationship is formed with educators so the child feels seen, heard and understood.
We find the multicultural aspect of the centre to be very helpful to our mixed race child. We are really happy with the care and support we are receiving at Little Stars! The new renovations have brightened up the childcare centres in pakenham centre creating a welcoming and warm environment and the staff are so friendly!

I have worked in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector for over ten years. During this time, I’ve had the privilege of working across a wide range of roles—including Educator, Kindergarten Teacher, Educational Leader, Assistant Director, and now Centre Director. Each of these roles has shaped my professional journey and deepened my commitment to delivering high-quality care and education for all children.
Learning is fostered through natural curiosity and interests and children are involved in decision-making. We focus on creating an environment of respect and trust, so children feel safe and secure. All our kindergarten or preschool programs follow the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), a national learning framework for Australia. These programs are delivered by qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educators and Teachers. Our Curriculum accommodates each individual child’s learning, development, and well-being. As part of Victoria’s Free Kinder initiative, Inspire ELJ provides government-funded kindergarten programs that ensure all children have access to quality early education without financial barriers.
Take a tour of our service to experience our connected community where every child belongs. We recommend you speak to your maternal and child health nurse about your child’s development. Book your tour online, or one of our team members can book you in when we speak with you. Your child will be encouraged to challenge themselves and safety explore activities that includes risky play.

We’ve always felt that the team care about him as a human, his wellbeing, his early education, his routine and (most importantly) his happiness as much as we do, and this means everything to us. As educators, we listen to and empower children to act on any concerns they or others may raise which is reflected in our policies and procedures in keeping children safe. If you are looking for a kinder, are a new family to the kinder or have been part of our community for some time, we do hope that you find our website a great resource.
