Although I began my academic path in business, I felt a strong calling to make a meaningful impact during the formative years of children’s lives. My oldest comes home singing new songs and telling us all the new things she’s learned. I had to follow up via call after pickup the day of and was told they "had no idea" and they'd "follow up" and call me back. After a week of no contact from the centre I sent an email regarding unenrolling my child as I felt his health and safety were not concerning to them and felt as though they were sweeping it all under the rug. Only to organise a phone call for a half-assed apology and no responsibility. Thankyou Karen for neglecting my child and accepting no accountability.
