Our Learning Journey Curriculum is designed to be emergent in nature and is guided by the children's interests and incorporates their voice in decision making of experiences provided in our indoor and outdoor environments. We focus on building secure relationships between children and educators, closely following home routines, and supporting each child in meeting their developmental milestones. I began working in early childhood education in 2013, originally joining Great Beginnings Bayswater as a trainee. In 2026, I returned to Great Beginnings Bayswater as Centre Manager, which has been a meaningful full-circle moment in my career. I am deeply passionate about early childhood education and about supporting children in developing a strong foundation and a lifelong love of learning. Over the years, I have learned that every child learns in different ways, and that creating individualised learning experiences is essential to supporting each child’s growth.
